> RiadIntel (riadintel.com) is an independent investment intelligence platform for the Marrakech medina riad market. We score every listed riad on fair value, expected guesthouse yield, renovation effort and execution risk so investors can compare deals on the numbers instead of agent narratives.

RiadIntel is operated as a service / marketplace, not a personal brand. Coverage is limited to riads (traditional courtyard houses) for sale inside the Marrakech medina and immediately adjacent districts. Pricing, yield and best-use estimates are model outputs, not transaction advice.
